Welcome Our New Apparel Manager

We’re delighted to officially welcome Meredith Kelly to the Geelong West Giants as our Apparel Manager for 2026.

Meredith will be working hard behind the scenes to ensure all club apparel is:

• Well managed

• Well stocked

• Clearly communicated

• Easy for our Giants community to access

Meredith will oversee:

• Club apparel stock management

• Coordination with our apparel partner Loco Sportswear

• Click & Collect orders via the club

• Communication around new releases, restocks, and pre-orders

We’re excited to introduce a new apparel item - Geelong West Giants rugby jumper for the 2026 season, a standout addition to our official club merchandise.

How Club Apparel Ordering Works

To keep things efficient and stress-free, Giants apparel ordering operates in two clear ways:

Order via the Geelong West Giants Website – Click & Collect

Our Geelong West Giants website is the primary place to purchase:

• In-stock items

• Core club apparel

• Popular essentials

• Track stock levels accurately

• Keep high-demand items available

• Provide faster access to club merchandise

Click & Collect Location:

Club office near the elevator (Beth’s office)

Click & Collect Times: In Season April - August

Wednesdays & Thursdays 4-7pm

Game Days - Both GFNL & GDFNL 9am -4pm

Important: To maintain accurate stock levels, all available apparel must be ordered via the website for

Click & Collect – Even if you are standing in the office with Beth!

Once your order is placed:

• Beth will pack your order as soon as possible

• You’ll receive an email when your order is ready

• Collection times will align with office opening hours

Custom Orders & Direct Shipping – Via Loco Sportswear

If an item is:

• Custom-made (personalised or specialty items), or

• Temporarily out of stock on our website

You can order directly through our official apparel partner: Loco Sportswear

Custom Order Windows:

• Open: 1st–7th of each month

• Orders are shipped directly to you

  
  

 Delivery Timeframes:

• Custom orders: approximately 4–5 weeks

• In-stock items: generally 5–7 business days

Tip: Ordering early, especially for juniors helps us manage stock levels more effectively and ensures you don’t miss out.
