Our Under 18’s Football Program is a vital part of the Geelong West Giants’ pathway, consistently competing at the highest level with regular Division One finals appearances.

Head Coach Riley Moore, a current Geelong West Giants GFNL senior player and experienced youth coach, leads the program with a strong focus on development, discipline and education. Riley brings valuable experience from coaching the V/Line Squad in 2025 and is committed to preparing players for the demands of senior football.

He is supported by Assistant Coach Greg Mellor, former Geelong West Giants GFNL Senior Head Coach (2018–2025) and Richmond Football Club Assistant Coach (2011–2016), whose experience provides players with elite-level insight and high-performance standards.

Strengthening the program further, Paul Robinson will head up our Under 18’s second team as Head Coach, ensuring strong alignment, consistency and depth across the entire age group.

The program trains in partnership with Adept Performance and offers a proven pathway into senior football across both the GFNL and GDFNL, ensuring players are well prepared to progress within the Geelong West Giants system.
