We had an awesome time in the Pako Festa parade! Thanks to everyone who joined us and made it all possible. Special thanks to everyone for all the organising... A Giant effort!

A 6am flight from Avalon, followed by breakfast upon arrival, then into a 'game sense' training session with GWS senior coaching staff, followed by a nutrition presentation and hands on team cook up, concluding with a shared meal as cooked by the players & coaches.

Rising netball star Casey Adamson is set to join the strong line up at the GFNL Geelong West Giants netball club in 2017.
Named in the 2017 Victorian Fury State team, Adamson captained the Victoria U19 State team and was named in the Australian U20 national squad in 2016.

The talented midcourter and defender joins a star-studded team that includes Colac and former Australian junior netball defender Brooke Allan along with her sister Kara Allan, Bell Park mid-courter Kesley Rau, Bannockburn defender Pene Wood and former Adelaide (Contax) State League shooter Tara Fabris. Joining them is former GWSP Roosters and State League player Jess Leader, who played all of her junior and several senior years of netball at West Oval.
